My name is Kelly and I have been a certified English teacher for eight years. I have teached in private lessons with an individual or small group of students, at company offices and online classes. I teach English online and in this way you will realize that our lesson can be both convenient and effective!
I hold a BA degree and after graduating I realized that in order to teach a language is not enough just to be fluent. Therefore I attend academic sessions in order to stay informed about the exams, the syllabus and the new methodology that has to do with exam preparation. This particular training helped me establish different techniques and methods of teaching.
I have teaching experience with students of all levels. From juniors to adults who need certificates in English for academic or professional purposes. I prepare students for the ECCE & ECPE Michigan certifications, FCE & CPE Cambridge certifications (levels B2 to C2 of Common European Framework) and TOEIC exams too.
My teaching approach is student-centered. Because of that I know very well how to adjust the lesson to my student's needs and expectations. I am flexible, highly professional and well-organized. I have developed some tips and useful techniques to help my students. I speak clearly in order to be easily understood and try to build gradually the four basic language skills - speaking, writing, listening, reading – through lessons.
